Petaliee’s Commitment to Your Satisfaction

At Petaliee™, we’re committed to stress-free, at-home pet nail care. We believe in our products and recommend using them for at least 14 days so you can experience the full benefits. If you’re not satisfied after 14 days—and within 60 days of delivery—please contact us at hello@petaliee.com and we’ll help.

Cancellation Policy

Changes or cancellations must be requested within 24 hours of placing your order. After this window, your order may already be processing and we may not be able to modify or cancel it. If your order is canceled within 24 hours, refunds are issued to the original payment method within 7 business days (processing times may vary by bank).

60-Day Money-Back Guarantee

Try Petaliee™ for a minimum of 14 days. If you’re still unhappy, you can request a return within 60 days of delivery.

  • Original shipping fees (if any) are non-refundable.
  • Unless the item is damaged/defective, return shipping is the customer’s responsibility.

How to Start a Return

Email hello@petaliee.com or use the Contact form on our site. To speed things up, please include:

  • Order Number (or the full name and email used at checkout)
  • A brief reason for the return
    We’ll reply with next steps and a return address.

Damaged or Defective Items

We consider an item damaged if it has a defect or arrives physically broken. (Cosmetic box/packaging dents during transit aren’t considered product damage.)
If your item arrives damaged, contact us at hello@petaliee.com within 72 hours of delivery and include clear photos of the issue. If eligible, we’ll arrange a replacement at no cost to you. We do not refund, replace, or accept returns for damage caused by normal use, wear and tear, or misuse.

Shipping & Delivery

We work hard to ship promptly, but delays can occur due to the carrier, customs, weather, or other factors outside our control. Petaliee™ isn’t responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages. If there’s a delivery issue, please contact the carrier first; you can also email us and we’ll do our best to assist.

Incorrect Shipping Address

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. If it’s incorrect, notify us within 24 hours at hello@petaliee.com. After that, we may be unable to intercept the order, and you may not be eligible for a resend or refund.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of approval. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method.

  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
  • Bank/processor timelines may affect when funds appear in your account.
