At Petaliee™, we’re proud to offer FREE shipping on all orders.

Order Processing & Dispatch

  • Processing time: 1–3 business days after your order is placed.
  • During peak seasons and holidays, processing may extend up to 7 business days.
  • An order is considered dispatched once it’s handed to the carrier (tracking updates may take 24–48 hours to appear).
  • You’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number as soon as your order ships.

Order Changes & Accurate Shipping Details

  • Please ensure your shipping address is complete and correct at checkout.
  • For system-detected address issues, our team will email you within 3 business days to verify details. If we don’t hear back, we may cancel the order and refund you.
  • Need a correction? Email hello@petaliee.com within 24 hours of placing your order. We’ll do our best, but changes after this window can’t be guaranteed.

Delayed Delivery

We know timely delivery matters and we ship as quickly as possible. However, delays can occur due to factors outside our control (e.g., severe weather, carrier network disruptions, customs inspections, payment/address verification, or product availability).

  • Petaliee™ cannot guarantee exact delivery dates and isn’t liable for delays caused by external factors.
  • We’ll always do our best to keep you updated and assist where we can.

Lost or Stolen Packages

Once a package is transferred to the carrier, it’s in their custody. If your package appears lost or stolen:

  • Check your tracking for any updates or delivery notes.
  • Contact the carrier to file a claim.
  • Email us at hello@petaliee.com with your Order Number and a brief description. We’ll also follow up with the carrier and keep you posted.

Important: Petaliee™ is not responsible for lost or stolen packages and these cases fall outside our refund policy. Depending on the outcome of the carrier investigation and the situation, we may offer a replacement at our discretion. If theft is suspected, consider filing a police report.
